Very poor customer service. Within 10 days the Discovery Sport developed an oil leak. Never given an update - and now they have had it for almost 13 weeks. It has now gone legal and im fighting to get my money back. I wouldn't buy a second hand pram from these.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Garswood Vehicle Solutions. Despite multiple attempts to address issues with a vehicle I purchased from them, I have been met with complete silence and disregard for my concerns.The vehicle in question was collected on Tuesday, 7th May, and since then, I have not received any response to my emails or calls. This lack of communication is appalling, especially considering that I paid the deposit and completed the financing for the vehicle. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been no effort on their part to cancel the financing or provide a refund.Just yesterday alone, I made approximately 30 calls to Garswood Vehicle Solutions, and only two were answered, both with promises of a callback that never materialized. It is evident that they are simply ignoring my calls and disregarding my attempts to seek resolution.As a result, my money is effectively held hostage by Garswood Vehicle Solutions, and the finance installment is about to be deducted from my bank account, despite not having the vehicle in my possession. This situation has left me feeling trapped and helpless, unable to explore other options due to their complete silence and lack of cooperation.I strongly advise others to steer clear of Garswood Vehicle Solutions, as their appalling customer service and lack of communication make them an unreliable and untrustworthy business. I regret ever engaging with them and sincerely hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience.
