I put a deposit on a car for my wife , i loved the car it was very nice and presumed my wife would also love it , alas when i took her to view whilst she did love the car she told me that it was too big for her and would be difficult to park where we live ie a very crowded narrow street , so i went back to Sharon who i dealt with and explained our situation she had no problem with it and straight away agreed to refund my deposit in full , i am very impressed with the sales staff here not pushy and very accommodating to their customers needs , would recommend them highly .Thank Steve

Bought a Focus ST from GVS, Gordon was a pleasure to deal with no pressure sales and very helpful car was presented very well clean no dashboard lights on ready to test drive , the car was faultless and the warranty supplied at no extra cost is a excellent touch peace of mind , I'm now returning for a mini for the wife A+ thank you Gordon

Purchased a car online without ever having viewed it in person from Garswood Vehicle Solutions Ltd. It was promptly delivered, drove perfectly and was nicely presented however I decided it wasn't quite right for my requirements. They refunded me as per their policy so all was well :-)

I had been struggling for months to find a car that was just right for me and then we found GVS. Gordon was extremely helpful , professional and pleasant and there was no fuss and pushy ness, we test drove and bought a gorgeous car and the whole process was fast and efficient. Everything Gordon promised he would do ,he did, so totally reliable and trustworthy.I am totally satisfied with my Susuki and would highly recommend GVS to anyone looking for a used car.

Rang up fridayto go and see a car saturday and when i arrived the key was on another sight. Then told would have to wait a week to book test drive. Not good customer service.

Just wanted to make all fellow users aware of the dismal services I received from this garage. Long story, but in summary- I chose a car, spoke to them and paid a deposit of £100 to book. Active on WhatsApp, sent me invoice after the car went through MOT and servicing. I paid the advertised price and extra agreed price for delivery. Expecting the car to be delivered after the last weekend. So far, so good. Actual drama unfolds from here. Four days after me paying £3670 in total, they tell me that the car has serious problems with engine and gearbox and asked me if I want a refund or choose a different car. I had lost the trust on them, just asked for a refund as soon as so that I can buy a different car from a more reputable garage. Today I eventually got the refund. But after 7 more days, about a hundred phone calls(most of them not picked up), a hell lot of anxiety, about £300 extra on car hire and me loosing trust on auto traders. I have been through a lot in the last ten days trying to buy a car from them. This seller is highly NOT recommended by me. Advised to stay away.

And in this case that was the case. i appreciate your disappointment but the refund took place 2 working days after we informed you about the car, not 7 as you mentioned.
